Volunteers Celebrate Earth Day 2022

The weather was perfect and the volunteers enthusiastic for our Earth Day Weekend Spring cleanup on Friday, April 22 and Sunday, April 24. Our first time volunteers quickly “picked up” on the trash hunting techniques while having lively conversation and making new friends, along our one-mile route on Route 23 from Won Dharma to Route 217.

We collected 29 bags of trash during the weekend haul to beautify our community, and removed debris that harms our environment. The happy volunteers are already looking forward to our Fall cleanup!
