Call legislators to support the New York for All Act before the State Legislative Session Ends on June 12th!

Support the passage of the NY for All Act which would prohibit NY State and local government agencies and employees (including law enforcement) from asking about immigration status or turning over any immigration or identifying information to ICE agents with out an independent judicial order (warrant).
Call Senator Zellnor Myrie (D) 718-284-4700 Co-Chair of Codes Committee and Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz (D) 518-455-2410 Co-Chair of Codes Committee (where the bill is currently stalled).
Script:
Hello, my name is ___ and I live in [Zip Code/City/Town]. I’m calling to urge you to bring the New York for All Act (S2235/A3506) forward for a vote as soon as possible. This bill is critical because:
It ensures that everyone, regardless of immigration status, can safely access state and local resources.
It directs our state and local resources to serve our communities, not federal immigration enforcement.
It protects families from the harm and trauma of separation.
Can I count on you to commit to moving the NY4All Act out of committee? Thank you for your time!
Script:
Call Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins (D) 518-455-2585
Call Speaker of the Assembly Carl Heastie (D) 518-455-3791
Hello, my name is ___ and I live in [Zip Code/City/Town]. I’m calling to ask you to support the New York for All Act (S2235/A3506), and the fight for the protection of New York immigrants.
Our communities cannot wait any longer to stop local authorities from conspiring with immigration enforcement. NY for All will help immigrant New Yorkers lead freer lives and protect our local and state resources from being used to further ICE’s recorded history of abuse and neglect.
